Up to 30 days holiday

We recognise that annual leave is vital to promote good physical and mental health in the workplace. Our employees’ get a competitive holiday allowance which increases by 1 day per year, to a maximum of 30 days (FTE).
Free onsite parking

We have plenty of free onsite parking available at all of our locations, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot first thing in the morning.
Early finish Fridays

Office employees finish work an hour earlier on Fridays, getting an early start to the weekend and improving that all important work-life balance.
Pension scheme

Pension schemes help maintain standard of living in retirement, and savings provide important supplemental income for unforeseen expenses. Our employees are auto enrolled into a personal workplace pension with The People’s Pension scheme to help them to save for retirement through contributions deducted direct from their wages.
Health & wellbeing

Around a third of people have reported their mental health worsening since the pandemic hit in March 2020. Focus Brands has invested time and resources into training Health & Safety Representatives and Mental Health First Aid Responders to support employees across all sites and nominated MIND as their chosen charity for 2022/23.
Group Life Assurance (GLA)

GLA provides a benefit on an employee’s death in service. This can be a lump sum payable to nominated beneficiaries or a taxable pension payable to the employee’s dependants, or both. This is an enhanced benefit and eligibility is dependant on job grade.
Group Income Protection (GIP)

GIP insurance enables Focus Brands to pay employees a percentage of continued income if illness or injury prevents them from working for a prolonged period of time. This is an enhanced benefit and eligibility is dependant on job grade.
Group Critical Illness (GCI)

GCI cover is a type of insurance that pays out a tax-free lump sum if you’re diagnosed with, or undergo surgery for, a critical illness. This is an enhanced benefit and eligibility is dependant on job grade.
Group Private Health Insurance (GPHI)

PHI lets you claim for the cost of private medical care, rather than paying for it yourself or using a publicly funded health services like the NHS. This is an enhanced benefit and eligibility is dependant on job grade.
Social Events

We have an internal committee in place for planning amazing social events across the business. From Christmas parties across the UK, old school summer sports-days or Friday night drinks in the local pub, there is always something going on!
